Project Overview
Brysons, an animal shelter based in Gateshead, had a very old and neglected website that needed replacing with a fresh and new futuristic solution.
Our team created a bright and minimalistic design to help showcase the animals that Brysons have in their care along with all of the amazing work they do for the animals and their shelter.
Other than finding their animals a forever home, another major part of the website was to push the user to make a donation of any size to help the shelter pay their bills and keep doing all of their amazing work.

All of the animals listed on the website, looking for their forever homes, have their own individual page where users can go and find out useful information about them such as their age, breed and any specific information.
Each animal profile prompts the user to either email or phone the shelter if they are interested in rehoming. The shelter will then be able to qualify the person before they begin their rehoming process.

There is a constant push throughout the website for users to donate and this is done on purpose to help the shelter raise the much needed money to keep the shelter running.
On the specific donation page there are multiple options listed for how anyone can donate or help out. Whether it be a monetary donation, pet food or items to sell or raffle - it all helps the shelter.

Throughout the website Brysons inform and educate their users on how they can help the shelter and how their donations are used. An example here shows information on what it takes to care for their horses and donkeys.
These playful donkeys and majestic horses are not available to be rehomed but they cost a lot of money per year to care for so it is important to inform the user of this so that they can see how their donations can help the Brysons herd.
