Our Process
The Way We Work
1. Onboarding
This first step involves getting your project all set up so that everyone is aligned and ready to begin. We’ll assign your project to one of our design team and we’ll plot a timeline to ensure everyone stays on track.
2. Discovery
We’ll conduct research based on the brand proposal, design ideas, and competitors. We'll then explore your brand identity through card sorting, questionnaires, and stylescapes in a discovery session.
3. Development
Following our research phase, we’ll create your customer personas, craft your tone of voice, identify your brand positioning and develop your brand story, mission statement, and values.
4. Design
Based on our research and strategy session, we’ll develop your initial brand concepts. We’ll then present these for your review, gather feedback, and refine the chosen brand concept to its final version.
5. Finalisation
We’ll refine and finalise your chosen brand concept and compile a full brand pack. This includes all of your necessary assets in industry-standard formats and a brand guidelines document.
6. Deliverables
Our team will create additional branded company assets as and when required. We’ll also ensure you receive all of the necessary brand materials and guidelines for future use.
