Bill Free Homes are a student lettings company who specialise in providing bill free accommodation to both students of Durham University and New College Durham. With a huge number of existing customers, our client’s goal was to boost organic content performance, helping increase their reach in order to attract new business.
The Solution
In order to understand what others were getting right, we analysed the competition, looking at what they were doing and how they were performing. This allowed us to develop both a technical and content-based strategy.
Based on what users were searching for online, we were able to successfully generate more targeted results that were best suited for the desired audience.
Often SEO strategies focus too much on the search engine rankings, however like chose to focus on working on a combination of both SEO and conversions. In order to provide users with a great experience, we ensured that the value of the landing page wasn’t compromised by the SEO work that was carried out.
