Case Study – How We’re Growing Leads With Targeted Campaigns

Introduction To The Project

Snaith Signs is a specialist estate agent board erection company that provides both residential and commercial signs to properties across the UK. When they came to us Snaith Signs were looking to expand their reach and engage with estate agents across the country, in an innovative way. 

In order to reach a broader audience, we worked on developing a direct mail campaign, sent to targeted prospects in the industry Snaith Signs were looking to reach, along with an email campaign to a similar audience.  

The Process 

After sourcing data from a reputable supplier, we began working on building a campaign which included both the Snaith Signs core message, USP’s and it’s accompanying branding. 

First, we began by creating an email marketing campaign that not only included the Snaith Signs message but one that was designed to target a specific area. This was done by creating a unique header that could be changed depending on where the campaign was being sent to. 

We then moved on to building the postal campaign, which involved designing an addressed flyer, as well as a standout envelope that shows the company branding before it has even been opened.  

The Results

We achieved positive ROI by taking a unique approach of using direct mail to reach out to audiences and to communicate the message of the brand, we grabbed the attention of prospective clients from the get-go, getting the brand out there as soon as the envelope came through the door.
