OTS wanted a web solution to help minimise phone calls and also generate leads across all devices.
Rather than customers calling for quotes, OTS wanted their website to be the easiest place for the user to fill out forms selecting the services they want and to provide relevant information, allowing the team at OTS to get back to them quickly with a more direct quote.
As well as this, OTS wanted an online quotation tool for users to use to get an instant boiler installation quote based on information provided such as their type of home, number of bedrooms, existing boiler type etc.
Overall we were able to create a clean, easy to navigate and straight to the point website that has helped transform the way OTS works in regards to quotations.
