Morgan Douglas wanted a web solution to list all of their student accommodation properties that was simple to navigate and easy to search for their perfect accommodation.
It was also very important to Morgan Douglas that useful information was displayed throughout the website for potential landlords and renters.
The minimalist design helps the user navigate through the website with ease and allows them to focus on the information provided and vibrant imagery on display.

Filtered Property Search
Morgan Douglas wanted to concentrate on three main filters for the users on their website - number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and the area. The properties are fed in from a third-party system, StuRents. These are fed into the website and listed in the style/theme of the site to keep the user on the website rather than having to navigate away to the third-party supplier.

A later, mid pandemic, integration to the website was the introduction of the 360 Tours page. This page allowed potential renters to view full properties on a 360 tour during the coronavirus pandemic. A useful tool during the pandemic and beyond as it will allow students from afar to view multiple properties before visiting Durham.
