We designed and built a website for award-winning lettings and management agents, Frampton & Roebuck. Being a well-known business in Durham, we wanted to deliver them a website which represented their established and distinctive brand.
We worked with them to create a website that is professional, visually appealing and functional for their users to easily view properties, send enquiries and submit their property application forms digitally.
As they specialise in Student and Residential Lettings and Property Management, we made sure the website catered for all user types by sectioning the site into the different service areas - so the users could easily identify the specific pages for them.

BespokeSearch Facility
We designed and built a bespoke search facility so that the users could easily search for a property with their desired amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as filtering properties which are in their rental budget.
When the user searches for a property, the properties are shown in both map and grid view so they can see instantly the properties that are available and where they are located. The user can also choose map or grid view if they do not want to see both at the same time.

PropertyReporting
We created a "Report a Repair" form so that tenants could easily go onto the website and report a property repair. We included fields so that they could identify the tenant and the property, as well as adding an image/video upload option so that the user could upload evidence of the problem. This will help Frampton & Roebuck define who and what was needed to complete the repair.
PropertyDescriptions
On the individual property pages, we considered which information was needed as soon as the user lands on the page. So we included the most important property information above the fold including; a carousel of images, when the property is available from, the address, the weekly/monthly cost, the tenancy deposit cost, the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and the property type. There is also an option to view the property on the map, to call the branch and to arrange a viewing for the property.
When the user scrolls below the fold, they are shown more in-depth information, the location, an enquiry form and an affiliated properties feed.
