Project Overview
Rainton Arena, one of the largest event arenas in the North East of England, came to Discovery Design in need of a new website to help improve their users' experience.
Their existing website was split between the main website for information and a third party website which handled the events, tickets and orders.
Discovery Design worked with the team at Rainton Arena to create an easy to use all-in-one website solution for their team and users. We were able to restructure the website with an improved layout to help the user flow and feel throughout as well as creating a simple-to-use checkout solution.

A featured events section was added to the website to help Rainton Arena promote certain events to the user first before they view the full events listings.
This section can be used to promote upcoming events, newly added events and also push sales for events where there is a large amount of tickets remaining

Simple-To-UseCheckout pages
We aimed to make it as simple and as fast as possible for users to purchase tickets through the checkout pages. This will help for tickets for unmissable events, users booking tickets on-the-go on mobile devices and for non tech-savvy users.
